Rhythm: Digital pre-work → Live session → Light homework or social application
This is designed to feel low pressure. Small steps count.
Session aim: Use simple Welsh to check in with yourself and others in a supportive way.
How we’ll do this: A short wellbeing check-in, gentle repetition, and optional sharing in the group.
What we’ll cover: Simple “how are you” phrases and feeling words.
Outcome (plain English): You can express “how you are” in a simple way, and you can recognise it when others use it.
How to use this page: Use Previous and Next to move through the steps. If your energy is low, do Get Ready only.
Watch: the “Wellbeing Check-In” video (shared by your facilitator).
Private reflection: “How am I feeling today?” (you do not need to share).
Pick two phrases to try once:
If you have a bit more time: add “heddiw” (today), for example “Dw i’n flinedig heddiw”.
Social: Ask “Sut wyt ti?” at a Wellness Walk, Circle, Grounded visit, cold dip, or in the WhatsApp group.
Digital: Write one sentence about how you are today (keep it private if you prefer).
Reassurance
You can keep this private. Noticing and trying is the point.
Pick one (only if you want to):
This is a stretch option. It is for interest and conversation, not performance.
